Distress Support Service

ermha365

ermha365 is a lifeline for people who are challenged with complex mental health and disability issues. The Distress Support Service offers free, compassionate, short-term support for anyone aged 18 years and over experiencing distress. It aims to help people address difficult circumstances in their lives early on and equip them with tools and skills to manage their distress.

The Distress Support Service is not a crisis support program and does not offer long-term support, but it can help link you to services that are best suited to your needs. The Distress Support Service team includes an Aboriginal support worker so you can yarn with someone who gets it, whether you’re looking for cultural connection or support outside of the cultural context.
