Culture Care Connect (CCC), integrates suicide prevention and holistic aftercare with cultural sensitivity and community empowerment.

The CCC program provides support for individuals who have attempted suicide or who are at risk, focusing on culturally safe care. Adopting a trauma-aware and healing informed model.
